Founded in 1996, Beijing Friend Group is headquartered in Beijing Yizhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Over the years, the group has been committed to intensive developing in the field of new materials, forming a multiregion development pattern with Beijing headquarter as the center of management, R&D, and production, while Hebei Qianxi branch and Jiangsu Kunshan branch as the production bases. The three main business segments of the Group are Insulation Laminates, molded and pultruded profiles, and deep machined parts, with more than 400 employees. Friend Group is the vice chairman unit of Insulation Materials Branch of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association and the chairman unit of Molding Special Committee of China Composite Materials Industry Association. It is one of the drafting units of the national standards for insulating materials and thermosetting molding plastics for electrical purposes in China. The group and the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have jointly established a new product research and development center, which has been recognized as the Beijing Enterprise Technology Center and owns independent research and development capabilities.
