Born in 1929, Yangtse is a century-brand automotive enterprise in China.It started in 1929 as Wuhan Public Vehicle Administration Repairing Institute, then Wuhan Public Vehicle Repairing Factory in 1950, renamed Wuhan Bus Factory in 1964, and restructured into Dongfeng Yangtse Automobile (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. in 2004, specializing in the research, development, production and sales of city buses.In 2016, the company was renamed as Yangtse Automobile Group Co., Ltd..
