3003 H112 4104 Brazing aluminum Plate is an AL-Mn series rust-proof aluminum alloy, containing manganese to improve corrosion resistance and formability. The H112 state means that the aluminum plate is naturally hardened after hot working and forming.
3003 H112 4104 Brazing aluminum Plate has a tensile strength of 110-145 MPa, a yield strength of =40 MPa, an elongation of 12-20%, and a hardness of HV 25-35, which meets the strength requirements of lightweight structural parts.
Suitable for aluminum silicon brazing filler metals (such as 4104 alloy), chemical cleaning or mechanical grinding is required to improve wettability;
Brazing temperature is 550-600?, and nitrogen protection (purity =99.999%) can achieve oxidation-free welding and significantly reduce porosity;
The thermal conductivity of 3003 H112 aluminum plate reaches 210W/(m·K), which is suitable for high-frequency heat conduction scenarios (such as battery cooling systems).

0.2-0.5mm thin plate stamping fins, 3004 H112 Brazing sheet can improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
